Delete Kova Account

Use this page to request deletion of your Kova account and associated app data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email us from the email address associated with your Kova account. If you use a guest account, include the Kova account ID shown in the app account screen.
  2. Use the subject line "Kova Account Deletion Request".
  3. Tell us whether you want your account only deleted or whether you also want associated gallery, custom style, and public community data removed where possible.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify the Kova account data associated with your request, including account-linked gallery records, custom styles, credit account records, and public community records where applicable. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or store transaction history.
