This Privacy Policy explains how Kova, operated by alyduho.develop, handles information when you use the Kova mobile app and related services. Contact: alyduho984530@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address, authentication provider, Firebase user ID, and anonymous guest account ID.
- User content, such as photos you select, prompts, custom style titles, custom style prompts, generated images, saved gallery items, public community posts, and likes.
- Purchase information needed to provide subscriptions and credit packs, including product IDs, entitlement status, and transaction records from app stores and RevenueCat.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, such as app configuration, request metadata, security logs, error states, and device or app diagnostics made available by platform services and SDKs.
- Local preferences, such as onboarding completion and language settings, stored on your device.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate your account and keep your private gallery, credits, purchases, and custom styles associated with your account.
- To upload selected images, create or edit AI images, save generated images, and allow you to download or share results.
- To process subscriptions, restore purchases, and synchronize credit balances.
- To provide optional community features when you choose to publish generated images or like public images.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, apply content safety checks, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support requests.
Service Providers
Kova uses service providers to operate the app, including Firebase for authentication, cloud functions, and database storage; Cloudflare R2 for image storage; RevenueCat and app stores for purchases; Google and Apple for sign-in where selected; and AI/image processing services connected through Kova backend endpoints. Custom style titles may be translated through Google Translate endpoints. These providers process information only as needed to provide the app features.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. Images are private by default. If you choose to publish a generated image to the community, that image, style label, like count, and related public metadata become visible to other users. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to operate the services described above.
Storage, Security, and Retention
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS or platform-provided secure transport. Account, purchase, gallery, style, and community records are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Kova account and associated data at any time from the Delete Account page or by emailing alyduho984530@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. If you use a guest account, include the Kova account ID shown in the app. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, accounting, or store transaction history.
Children
Kova is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
